1.2 By using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that Fusion88 acts as an intermediary and facilitator, providing advisory and support services related to immigration, business setup, legal matters, and accounting, tailored to the laws and regulations of Thailand.
- Service Scope and Limitations 2.1 Fusion88 provides advisory and support services based on the information provided by the client. We do not guarantee the success of visa applications, company registrations, or legal outcomes, as these are subject to the laws and regulations of Thailand and other relevant jurisdictions.
2.2 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for visa applications, company registrations, or legal consultations. Fusion88 is not liable for any delays, rejections, or consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
- Fees and Payments 3.1 Fees for Fusion88 services vary depending on the specific service requested and are communicated to the client before the commencement of services.
3.2 Payments for services must be made in full according to the agreed terms between Fusion88 and the client. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in service delivery or termination of services.
3.3 All fees paid to Fusion88 are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except where explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

4.3 Clients must inform Fusion88 promptly of any changes in their circumstances that may affect the provision of services or the outcome of visa applications, business registrations, or legal matters.
- Confidentiality 5.1 Fusion88 respects client confidentiality and handles all information provided with strict confidentiality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Clients understand and agree that certain information may need to be shared with relevant authorities or third-party service providers to facilitate the provision of services, such as visa processing or legal representation.
- Limitation of Liability 6.1 Fusion88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the use or reliance on our services.
6.2 Fusion88’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the provision of services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to Fusion88 for the particular services giving rise to the claim.
